Goodnight Skin!

A lot of women I know sometimes tell me that they forget to wash off their makeup at night before bed, or they’re just “too tired.” That’s a big no-no! It’s very important to wash off the makeup and any impurities at night and clean your face properly.
At night, your skin needs to breath and rebuild. If you have makeup all over your face your skin could have a tendency to break-out, and nobody likes break-outs! So, I decided to name a few of my absolute favorite cleansers and makeup removers so next time you go to bed you are free from makeup and your skin will have a good nights sleep!
Dr Haushka Cleansing Milk ($34)- I’m such a Dr. Haushka fan. I love most of their products, but my favorite of all is this one. It’s a very gentle and soap-free cleanser that soothes and cools any skin irritation. It removes makeup gently without stripping your skin of it’s natural moisture.

Korres Milk Proteins 3 in 1 Cleansing Emulsion ($21)- I recently received this cleanser in a gift bag from a party I went to. I tried it the next day and it is now part of my nightly beauty regime. It’s brilliant because it’s a cleansing, toning and makeup removing emulsion in one! It leaves the skin so soft and clean and it smells great.

Ole Henriksen Aloe Vera Deep Cleanser ($30) This cleanser is great for women with combination or more acne prone skin. It contains aloe vera (hence the name) and chamomile that soothes, clears and balances out the skin.

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser- This is a classic and has been around for ages but it’s still one of my favorite cleansers. I recommend it to my clients often and I have a bottle in my makeup kit whenever it’s necessary. It’s super gentle, fragrance-free and won’t clog pores. Get it at your nearest drug store.
