CARGO high-definition blu_ray make-up solves the problems make-up artists have been having as they film in high-def. Make-up artists working on sets of hit television shows have been facing their biggest challenge — high definition filming. Combined with large-screen TV’s, that means that every flaw is amplified. Even worse, any heavy-handed make-up compounds the problem!
According to Suzanne Westmore, Emmy nominated make-up artist on the hit show Dirt, “Complexions must be flawless.” Yet at the same time, “Every blemish, line, and brush stroke is amplified.” In addition, problems such as shine, redness, and inconsistent pigments are magnified in high-def.
Enter stage left these artists’ new secret weapon: blu_ray high definition make-up by CARGO Cosmetics. High tech pigments keep color looking natural and consistent regardless of lighting. Micronized minerals and irregular particle sizes in the pressed powder and blush/highlighter offer complexion softening and line-minimizing features. Lip-smoothing enhancers in the gloss minimize fine lines and make lips look fuller. Angelina Jolie wore blu_ray lip gloss to the 2008 SAG Awards.
