We previously covered Josie Maran’s argan oil on Beauty Blabber. Many other beauty experts have been continually talking about its amazing results, as well.
Argan oil is harvested from the argan tree in Morocco. It contains three times the fatty acids found in olive oil and is 69% vitamin E. Allure has a fabulous article on their blog where they discuss the benefits.
In case you haven’t heard the hype, argan oil is one the latest (and supposedly greatest) beauty ingredients around—loaded with vitamin E and fatty acids to make you gorgeous in all sorts of ways. In Morocco, where they get it from the kernels of argan trees, people say it’s a cure-all for everything from zits to wrinkles to psoriasis. In our offices, we discovered its more immediate effects, thanks to supermodel-turned-beauty-maven Josie Maran.

Pimples are something we all get from time to time. Many of the creams and lotions on the market might dry the pimple up, but they also dry the skin around the pimple, as well. When a pimple is inflammed a great natural remedy is coconut water. This will not dry out your skin and will actually feed it vitamins. Just dab some coconut water directly on your pimple and you will see redness and inflammation noticably decrease.
Many wonder how pimples form. Here is a step by step below. Sometimes knowing how they form is the best way to know how to fight them off.
*The pore becomes clogged with dirt, dead skin cells and/or oil.
*The bacteria of the pimple feeds off the oil in the pore that’s clogged and the pimple gets larger.
*The area of the skin that’s directly part of the pimple and around it gets inflammed and swells.
